Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARPP19P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,141 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARPP19P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of DNA metabolic process, Vesicle localization, and Epigenetic programming of gene expression. Each is linked with ARPP19P2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARPP19P2-to-partner and partner-to-ARPP19P2 results are reported.
