ARPIN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARPIN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 353 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARPIN-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR577, SNORD114-25, and RN7SL122P. Each is linked with ARPIN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARPIN-to-partner and partner-to-ARPIN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR577 grouped by ARPIN-low versus ARPIN-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARPIN→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARPIN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
