Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARPIN-AP3S2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,155 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARPIN-AP3S2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of macroautophagy, Ribosome-associated ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, and Citrate metabolic process. Each is linked with ARPIN-AP3S2 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARPIN-AP3S2-to-partner and partner-to-ARPIN-AP3S2 results are reported.
