Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARPC5L Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ARPC5L data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ARPC5L Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARPC5L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC and PRAD are the cancer types where ARPC5L Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
