ARPC5L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARPC5L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,894 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARPC5L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GAPVD1, PRRC2B, and ECPAS. Each is linked with ARPC5L in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARPC5L-to-partner and partner-to-ARPC5L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARPC5L versus GAPVD1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARPC5L→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARPC5L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
