Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARPC5L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARPC5L-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5-8SP7, RNA5SP51, and RNA5SP223. Each is linked with ARPC5L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARPC5L-to-partner and partner-to-ARPC5L results are reported.
