ARPC4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARPC4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,979 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARPC4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARPC1B, SH3BGRL3, and ATG7. Each is linked with ARPC4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARPC4-to-partner and partner-to-ARPC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARPC4 versus ARPC1B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARPC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARPC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
