ARPC4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARPC4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,843 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARPC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL4I1, JAK3, and ADGRE2. Each is linked with ARPC4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARPC4-to-partner and partner-to-ARPC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARPC4 versus IL4I1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARPC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARPC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
