ARPC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARPC4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 112 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARPC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF114P1, MIR1225, and UBE2Q2P10. Each is linked with ARPC4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARPC4-to-partner and partner-to-ARPC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF114P1 grouped by ARPC4-low versus ARPC4-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARPC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARPC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
