ARPC3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARPC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,596 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARPC3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ATP2A2, PSME4, and CCDC6_S52. Each is linked with ARPC3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARPC3-to-partner and partner-to-ARPC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARPC3 versus ATP2A2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARPC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARPC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
