ARPC3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARPC3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 23,669 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARPC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL16, ARPC2, and C17orf75. Each is linked with ARPC3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARPC3-to-partner and partner-to-ARPC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARPC3 versus IL16 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARPC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARPC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
