ARNT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARNT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,463 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARNT-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP319, LINC02414, and OR2AJ1. Each is linked with ARNT in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARNT-to-partner and partner-to-ARNT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP319 grouped by ARNT-low versus ARNT-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARNT→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARNT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
