Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARNT mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARNT-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, p53, and ASNS. Each is linked with ARNT in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARNT-to-partner and partner-to-ARNT results are reported.
