ARNT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARNT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARNT-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF2B, PSKH2, and ACTL9. Each is linked with ARNT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARNT-to-partner and partner-to-ARNT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KIF2B grouped by ARNT-low versus ARNT-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARNT→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARNT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
