Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARMT1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ARMT1 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher ARMT1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARMT1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
OV, UCEC, and LUSC are the cancer types where ARMT1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
