Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARMT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,941 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARMT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC170, CD164, and RMND1. Each is linked with ARMT1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARMT1-to-partner and partner-to-ARMT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARMT1 versus CCDC170 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARMT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARMT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
