Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARMT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,211 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARMT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of ubiquitin protein ligase activity, 7-methylguanosine mRNA capping, and 7-methylguanosine RNA capping. Each is linked with ARMT1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARMT1-to-partner and partner-to-ARMT1 results are reported.
