Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARMT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARMT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYL2, IFNG, and IFNA6. Each is linked with ARMT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARMT1-to-partner and partner-to-ARMT1 results are reported.
