ARMS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARMS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,136 significant associations in total. SARC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARMS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HTRA1, FAM71F2, and PHKG1. Each is linked with ARMS2 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARMS2-to-partner and partner-to-ARMS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARMS2 versus HTRA1 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARMS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARMS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
