ARMS2

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARMS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARMS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-222P, RNU6-1082P, and RNU6-1318P. Each is linked with ARMS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARMS2-to-partner and partner-to-ARMS2 results are reported.
