Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARMH4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,923 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARMH4-associated genes across cancer lineages are BNIP3P6, MIR6816, and RNU1-35P. Each is linked with ARMH4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARMH4-to-partner and partner-to-ARMH4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BNIP3P6 grouped by ARMH4-low versus ARMH4-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARMH4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARMH4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
