Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARMH3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ARMH3 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher ARMH3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARMH3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LGG, ACC, and UCEC are the cancer types where ARMH3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
