ARMH3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARMH3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,600 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARMH3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3152, LINC02252, and RBMY2HP. Each is linked with ARMH3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARMH3-to-partner and partner-to-ARMH3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3152 grouped by ARMH3-low versus ARMH3-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARMH3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARMH3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
