ARMH3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARMH3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARMH3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, ASNS, and ATM. Each is linked with ARMH3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARMH3-to-partner and partner-to-ARMH3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by ARMH3-low versus ARMH3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARMH3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARMH3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
