Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARMC8 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ARMC8 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher ARMC8 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARMC8 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
DLBC and LIHC are the cancer types where ARMC8 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
