ARMC8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARMC8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARMC8-associated genes across cancer lineages are Annexin_VII, ATM, and eIF4E. Each is linked with ARMC8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARMC8-to-partner and partner-to-ARMC8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Annexin_VII grouped by ARMC8-low versus ARMC8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARMC8→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARMC8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
