Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARMC7 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ARMC7 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher ARMC7 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARMC7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD and PAAD are the cancer types where ARMC7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
