ARMC7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARMC7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,794 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARMC7-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERICH4, RPS3P2, and RPS29P23. Each is linked with ARMC7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARMC7-to-partner and partner-to-ARMC7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARMC7 versus ERICH4 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARMC7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARMC7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
