ARMC7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARMC7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 110 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARMC7-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD115-9, RPS27P1, and RN7SKP181. Each is linked with ARMC7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARMC7-to-partner and partner-to-ARMC7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD115-9 grouped by ARMC7-low versus ARMC7-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARMC7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARMC7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
