Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARMC7 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARMC7-associated genes across cancer lineages are GMP. Each is linked with ARMC7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARMC7-to-partner and partner-to-ARMC7 results are reported.
