Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARMC5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,928 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARMC5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HNRNPLL, MAZ, and RABEP2. Each is linked with ARMC5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARMC5-to-partner and partner-to-ARMC5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARMC5 versus HNRNPLL in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARMC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARMC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
