ARMC5

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARMC5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,498 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARMC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLT8D2, ABCA8, and SPARCL1. Each is linked with ARMC5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARMC5-to-partner and partner-to-ARMC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARMC5 versus GLT8D2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARMC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARMC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
