ARMC5

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARMC5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARMC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, JNK2, and MEK1. Each is linked with ARMC5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARMC5-to-partner and partner-to-ARMC5 results are reported.
