Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARMC5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,417 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARMC5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I, RNA export from nucleus, and Negative regulation of autophagosome maturation. Each is linked with ARMC5 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARMC5-to-partner and partner-to-ARMC5 results are reported.
