Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARMC4 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ARMC4 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 11 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC), where higher ARMC4 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARMC4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LSCC are the cancer types where ARMC4 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
