Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARMC4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,164 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARMC4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of smoothened signaling pathway, Establishment of protein localization to chromosome, and Regulation of organelle assembly. Each is linked with ARMC4 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARMC4-to-partner and partner-to-ARMC4 results are reported.
