ARMC4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARMC4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,484 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARMC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RP1, ADGB, and CFAP58. Each is linked with ARMC4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARMC4-to-partner and partner-to-ARMC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARMC4 versus RP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARMC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARMC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
