ARMC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARMC4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARMC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, TFRC, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with ARMC4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARMC4-to-partner and partner-to-ARMC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by ARMC4-low versus ARMC4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARMC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARMC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
