ARMC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARMC4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,010 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARMC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP2CB, NCS1, and CAPN7. Each is linked with ARMC4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARMC4-to-partner and partner-to-ARMC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPP2CB grouped by ARMC4-low versus ARMC4-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARMC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARMC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
