ARMC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARMC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,621 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARMC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDR62, NUDC, and CFB. Each is linked with ARMC3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARMC3-to-partner and partner-to-ARMC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WDR62 grouped by ARMC3-low versus ARMC3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARMC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARMC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
