ARMC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARMC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARMC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1Q1, OR10K1, and PROP1. Each is linked with ARMC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARMC3-to-partner and partner-to-ARMC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1Q1 grouped by ARMC3-low versus ARMC3-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARMC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARMC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
