ARMC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARMC2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,663 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARMC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are BDP1, GOT1, and LRRFIP1. Each is linked with ARMC2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARMC2-to-partner and partner-to-ARMC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BDP1 grouped by ARMC2-low versus ARMC2-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARMC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARMC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
