ARMC12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARMC12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,450 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARMC12-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02222, MIR8053, and BRD9P1. Each is linked with ARMC12 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARMC12-to-partner and partner-to-ARMC12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02222 grouped by ARMC12-low versus ARMC12-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARMC12→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARMC12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
