Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARMC10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,429 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARMC10-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53TG1, ZNHIT1, and IFT22. Each is linked with ARMC10 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARMC10-to-partner and partner-to-ARMC10 results are reported.
