Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARL9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 216 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARL9-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYPL1P1, RNU6-1290P, and COPS8P1. Each is linked with ARL9 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL9-to-partner and partner-to-ARL9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARL9→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARL9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
