ARL8B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARL8B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,826 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARL8B-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAM17, ZDHHC3, and TMEM43. Each is linked with ARL8B in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL8B-to-partner and partner-to-ARL8B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARL8B versus ADAM17 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARL8B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARL8B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
