Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARL8B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,663 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARL8B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL83P, IGHV3OR16-8, and CCL5. Each is linked with ARL8B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL8B-to-partner and partner-to-ARL8B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL83P grouped by ARL8B-low versus ARL8B-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARL8B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARL8B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
