ARL8B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARL8B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,545 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARL8B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB5A, MTMR14, and BRK1. Each is linked with ARL8B in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL8B-to-partner and partner-to-ARL8B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARL8B versus RAB5A in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARL8B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARL8B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
