The most reproducible ARL8B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to early endosome, Endosomal transport, and Positive regulation of retrograde protein transport, ER to cytosol. Each is linked with ARL8B in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL8B-to-partner and partner-to-ARL8B results are reported.
