ARL8A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARL8A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,051 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARL8A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IPO9, OTUD7B, and VANGL2. Each is linked with ARL8A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL8A-to-partner and partner-to-ARL8A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARL8A versus IPO9 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARL8A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARL8A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
